I gave up DJing a long time ago, but I kept my gear and have had a small gig every now and then. When I was asked to spin records at Vinjerock, under the “Aasmunds Diskobar” lounge concept, I gave it a go and started buying vinyl again. This time mostly chillout and lazy disco, since that is what I do under the Braak alias. It would also fit the Aasmunds Diskobar concept nicely. I did four DJ sets during Vinjerock 2012, and it was fun! A laidback audience and not very ambitious mixing – I might do this more!
